Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations leader to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in providing guidance to both co-workers and clients regarding the use of marketing automation technologies, data visualization and analytics tools. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to dig into a wide variety of platforms and systems from different clients and industries, all with different approaches. It will require a varied background with marketing automation technologies, dashboard technologies, and CRMs.

This is not a digital marketing role. Resumes with experience in primarily digital advertising or social media will not be considered at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation: Provide expertise and guidance on the use of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud Account Experiences to optimize marketing campaigns and workflows. Experience building workflows, managing triggers, setting up scoring models and other processes is critical. Certifications are a plus.Dashboards & Reporting: Collaborate with the Digital Analyst to leverage data and create meaningful metrics, dashboards, and other reporting tools that will improve campaign performance and achieve client expectations. Experience with LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, AgencyAnalytics or similar platforms a plus.Data Presentations: Extract and present data-driven insights to clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner. Ensure that clients understand the value and implications of the data.Client Communication: Work closely with client teams to understand client needs, attend client meetings, provide regular updates on project progress, performance, and act as a subject matter expert on marketing automation, CRM, dashboard and/or reporting technologiesTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies and effective use of data analytics tools. Provide training and support as needed.Initiative: Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment. Self-directed with accountability to make sound business decisions while demonstrating effective time-management and multi-tasking skillsContinuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and automation technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, with a strong focus on marketing automation and data visualization.Track record of success with marketing automation platforms in a tactical, execution type role - managing lead databases, reporting, creating lists, designing and configuring nurture tracks, setting up custom fields, lead scoring models and configuring integrations.Proficiency in Marketo, Hubspot, SFDC, MCAE, LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Agency Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, and GSC desired.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand hit deadlinesOutstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and support as needed.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Good to have - Knowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits and alterations.Good to have - Foundational knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.Good to have - Experience with SQL, Python, and/or other database/reporting tools is a plusBenefits:
