Description
Nekter Juice Bar's Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering all local store marketing plans and strategies designed to build sales revenue within a designated territory. The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for driving key local store marketing activities.RESPONSIBILITIESEvents/Sponsorships : Identify and evaluate local event and sponsorship opportunities within the designated market. Negotiate appropriate event/sponsorship terms and participation levels. Coordinate all product and staffing requirements with the restaurant operations team and/or street teams. Assist with setting up event booths and work at events to ensure maximum impact.New restaurant openings/remodels : Coordinate and implement marketing support for new restaurant openings (both pre-opening and post-opening). Collaborate with internal cross functional team to ensure proper new restaurant opening/remodel plan execution. Manage new restaurant opening local store marketing budget. Do the same in support of Nekter's ongoing restaurant remodeling efforts.Brand Steward : Play an integral role in sharing and bringing our brand strategy to life. The Marketing Events Coordinator serves as a brand steward and marketing expert with both the internal restaurant operations team as well as external partners, such as event sponsors. Serve as the marketing ambassador for all new product and promotional rollouts. Build community goodwill and relationships with influential people and brand-appropriate organizations within the community.Local Store Marketing Training/Restaurant Operations Support : Coach District Managers and General Managers on local store marketing tactics and procedures. Regularly meet with individual restaurant managers to discuss targeted local store marketing tactics and opportunities. Work side by side with our District Managers and General Managers to analyze individual restaurant sales, identify underperforming restaurants within the market, and share best practices, and pursue sales building or guest engagement opportunities.General Duties : Assist Marketing Manager with annual planning for regional and store-level marketing calendars. Support local media/PR activities. Track all local store marketing efforts and evaluate effectiveness. Manage market specific local store marketing budget.Nekter Juice Bar's Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering all local store marketing plans and strategies designed to build sales revenue within a designated territory. High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferredGeneral knowledge of corporate-initiated marketing programs. Strong grasp of marketing and brand-building, public relations and local store marketing.A valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 75% of the time with some overnight stays required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to prioritize multiple assignments while remaining flexible to new situations as they arise.Flexibility to work overtime as necessary (including infrequent weekends). Some travel required.Strong technical skills, including solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat a must.Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, highly energetic, professional and flexible.Great communication skills.
