The Sr. Associate Marketing Manager, Strategy is responsible for providing support in the development and execution of strategies that grow the core business, as well as CPG and virtual brands. This role will support campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness for our brands and that are focused on growing off-premise business, as well as providing assistance with developing local restaurant marketing strategy.

Support the creation of marketing strategy and growth of key sales initiatives including CPG and virtual brands.Partner with local restaurant operators in executing LRM plans and strategy that is designed to drive growth and restaurant traffic.Collaborate with Creative Team on marketing campaigns focused on driving brand awareness and guest traffic.Ensure strong pre- and post-opening coordination of marketing materials and listing support for New Restaurant Openings (NRO) launches.Gather and analyze customer data to formulate long and short-term business strategies and decisions.Create and maintain Marketing and CRM calendar.Maintain guest facing communication materials, ensuring information is accurate, relevant and maintains brand consistency.Manage the gift card program. Develop strategies focused on growth both inside and outside of the restaurants.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum of four years' of consumer/field marketing experience within relevant organizations/industries focused on hospitality, food and beverage.Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Detail oriented.Ability to demonstrate interest and knowledge of restaurant industry.Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Customer and client focusedAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.Trusting, passionate, humble and gracious.Build lasting relationships with trust and respect.Create fun.
