Collective Measures is hiring for a SEO Planner with expertise in the areas of SEO and Content Marketing. The SEO Planner will be responsible for helping to plan and execute SEO and content strategy tactics for our clients, inform SEO and content strategies, as well as analyzing data and creating reports.

_JOB DUTIES:

Plan and execute topical analyses and content roadmaps that align with current SEO best practices and client goalsIdentify technical/foundational SEO opportunities and prioritize recommendations based on client/website goalsExecute foundational & technical SEO work, including keyword research, page optimizations, technical site scans, crawl reports, etc.Pull data from various sources (GA, Adobe, Search Console, STAT) to contribute to reports, optimizations recommendations and analysisAnalyze data to inform tactical recommendations and optimizations to align with strategy and goals (i.e. monthly reports or ongoing consulting)Plan and write on-page content optimization (short or long form)Report on developing content/SEO trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal teams and agencyRemain proficient with Google's algorithm updates and impacts to the website optimization processContribute to research for client work and or new business, as assignedWork with project manager to create and ensure timely delivery of project schedulesWrite agency blog posts and internal best practices, as assignedParticipate and present content to clients (meetings, events, presentation of monthly reports), as assigned_EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

2-4 years of SEO experience preferably in a digital marketing agency settingBachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or other related field; or commensurate experience in content marketing and social media strategy and executionHighly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAvid knowledge of developing social/search/content/SEO trends and tactics, including Google algorithm updatesProficient user of web crawler tools such as Screaming Frog/DeepCrawl and Google Search ConsoleProficient user of Google Analytics, Search ConsoleProficient user of SEO tools like STAT, SEMRush, Brightedge (or other rank tracking tools)Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibilityThe ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment_PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS
