We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Performance Media to help lead our paid social media efforts and contribute to our upper funnel social strategies across all social channels. The ideal candidate will have a background in search and social media, with a particular passion and expertise in paid social campaigns. This role also requires excellent public speaking skills to represent our brand at industry events and conferences.

_RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage paid social media campaigns across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to achieve brand objectives.Develop, and communicate upper funnel social media strategies to build brand awareness and audience engagement to clientsLead execution of search and social media expertise to inform overall digital marketing strategy.Analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Represent Collective Measures as a thought leader by presenting at industry events and conferences (public speaking skills required)._REQUIREMENTS:

6+ years in performance media, with a strong emphasis on paid social and search campaignsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExperience with media planning and buying tools such as Skai or MarinCertification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or similar platforms
