Position Summary/objective:

This highly visible leadership position has been designed for an executive marketing professional to oversee critical responsibilities for Immatics' bi-specifics and cell therapy franchises in the US. This role will be responsible for working in close collaboration with internal partners, global affiliates, and alliance partners to cover a robust portfolio and pipeline.

We are looking for a highly strategic and visionary leader to build and sustain a portfolio that is designed to be the engine that drives our organization into the future and helps achieve Immatics' aspiration to become a leader in bispecifics and cell therapy.

Essential functions:

Support portfolio prioritization activities in partnership with clinical developmentOversee and execute the scientific communications tactical planLead competitive intelligence gathering and summarize key findings for dissemination to senior leadershipSupport development and execution of commercialization roadmapPlan and execute marketing tactics to drive awareness of Immatics' and our programsLead brand development for IMA203Serve as subject matter expert on pricing and reimbursement for the US marketsExecute market research as neededPrepare for and lead commercial advisory board. Work with the finance team to help produce budgets and timelines for the commercial teamSupport due diligence activities of new scientific developmentsDevelop commercial talent within the group and to support the strategies of the Company

Work environment:

This is a sedentary position (at least 50% of time) in a typical office environment. There may be frequent interruptions with moderate noise levels and frequent use of printers, copiers, scanners, computers and other office equipment. Ability to sit, talk, walk, hear and communicate verbally and in writing is required. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25lbs is expected.

Required education and experience

Bachelor's degree requiredMBA

or post-graduate degree desirable15+ years

of commercial experience, ideally spanning product launch, marketing, sales, market access and market analysis experience within the US pharmaceutical industryHigh level of intellectual curiosity combined with strong strategic and analytical skillsExtensive experience with developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics, market research and analysis and business forecastingPreferred education and experience

Experience/knowledge of bispecifics and/or cell therapy spaceCell therapy launch experience

Work authorization/security clearance requirements
