Job Description

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Digital Media Manager to develop tailored media solutions and drive digital marketing strategies that ensure we are positioned as an industry leader. These solutions will cover the management of digital brand and acquisition efforts. The Digital Media Manager will be required to develop strategy, lead on execution and report end to end on key digital campaigns. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who excels at execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesWork with key stakeholders in the business to build and agree on targets and goals for each digital channel. These channels include App Networks, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Refer A FriendOwn performance across App Networks, Refer A Friend and cross-sell of FTP games scaling channels with ROI in mindDeliver against agreed set of acquisition targets within digital but also against overall business targetsOversee the performance and management of the digital brand verticalSupport in the delivery Digital Partnerships across multiple sporting codes NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, CBS and the NBC to ensure strong performance through owned assets while optimizing any opportunitiesIdentify and facilitate digital opportunities that ladder up to business objectives, leveraging across multiple departments at FBG and driving growthDevelop and foster relationships with agencies and third-party suppliers (App Networks, Meta, Google, Twitter) to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a brand-consistent mannerWork with wider marketing functions to deliver on business targetsConduct regular and on-going demonstrations of testing and innovation focusing on becoming a leader within the industry, in digital mediaLead all Digital Media reporting, including both team and executive presentations monthly on results and growth trajectoryContinuously evolve existing marketing technology, driving additional efficiencies in both internal outputs and customer journeys through managed digital channelsSkills and qualifications

3+ years' experience in a related role, examples include Account Manager, Marketing Coordinator or Business ManagerBachelor qualification in marketing and/or business

Digital Marketing expertise preferable

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms including Google, Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, Programmatic DSPs (Media Math, The Trade Desk, Yahoo etc.)Detail oriented, deadline focused, observant, adaptable and innovativeExtensive knowledge of the sports betting and gaming industry preferredStrong analytic skills and the ability to relate results to business objectivesTrack record of delivering successful campaigns on-time and with measurable resultsMust be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities

The base salary range for this role is $84,000 per year - $115,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence.
