The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to work with the Director, Brand Marketing to lead marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that attract high-quality healthcare professionals and patients, while also enhancing our brand presence in the healthcare industry. The Marketing Manager collaborates with cross functional departments to ensure the effective delivery of marketing campaigns.

Major Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive recruitment and patient acquisition.Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to identify opportunities for growth.Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Collaborate with medical professionals, researchers, and creatives, ensuring marketing initiatives align with best practice.Foster relationships with industry partners, community organizations, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to attract potential recruits and patients.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of related experience.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the healthcare industry.Proven track record of successful recruitment marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM systems).Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of patient acquisition strategies and retention programs is a plus.Preferred

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Certification in healthcare marketing or digital marketing.Experience working in an agency setting.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge working on enterprise platforms and solutions.Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze data with businessAbility to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, proactive, ambitious, customer service focused.Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, staff, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other members of the business community.Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Possess the intellectual curiosity to work through ambiguity and have ability to work independently with minimal instruction.Ability to manage change and do extremely well in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.Ability to take initiative and work independently, and work effectively with individuals belonging to all levels within the organization.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to effectively and succinctly simplify complex data and communicate information to Senior Management.Benefits
