Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, Sales Operations to report to the Manager, Sales Planning & Operations, in the Worldwide TV Sales department. Our Sales Operations team works closely with our Rights Management, Servicing, Legal, Accounting, Sales Planning and Sales teams to ensure all operational aspects leading up to and following TV licensing deal closure are processed smoothly through these groups. The Coordinator’s primary role is to ensure new deals are processed through our internal workflows, with appropriate clearances and approvals, in a timely manner and to be the primary point contact for our Servicing reps.Responsibilities

Track and monitor deals in their offer cycle and ensure offer process completed in timely manner. Ensure deals are submitted to workflow for compliance check as soon as possibleMonitor, trouble shoot and follow up deal compliance clearance in workflow process to ensure 1) timely processing 2) data accuracy, data synchronization across deal docs and various systemsMonitor and obtain third party approvals as neededSubmit deals to Legal for contracting as soon as compliance clearance completeCommunicate deal pipeline and provide support to LegalCommunicate pipeline and provide support to Servicing

Submit Service Order Request to Servicing to trigger timely deliveryWork with Servicing and Sales as needed to facilitate and/or trouble shoot Servicing or material issues

Manage Avail Notice process for content submission per contractual options or obligationsProvide training as neededProvide overall operational support to Sales team from home officeAd hoc projectsKey partners – Sales, Sales Planning, Servicing, Rights Management and LegalQualification and Skills

Understanding of TV distribution licensing (EST, TVOD, Basic, Pay, SVOD and Free TV and AVOD) preferred with related experienceBachelor’s Degree or similar course requiring min two years of studyMid to Advanced Microsoft ExcelProficient in PowerPointAppreciation of the details. Must be very detailed oriented with ability to organize and analyze large sets of data to troubleshoot issues and identify improvementsCurious and self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast paced environment.
