Job Title: Marketing & Branding Assistant Location: Houston, TX Company: Artisprint Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Marketing Manager Job Summary: The Marketing & Branding Assistant will support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing branding strategies and marketing campaigns. This role involves a variety of tasks, including market research, content creation, social media management, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. • Manage and maintain social media profiles, engaging with followers, and monitoring feedback. • Coordinate and support events, product launches, and promotional activities. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and communications. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems. • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Compensation: $43,500 - $52,500 yearly
