The Marketing Manager will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities, supported by a marketing team consisting of two marketing coordinators and a graphic designer. This role includes overseeing all aspects of the marketing strategy, developing branding and corporate identity initiatives, managing budgets, and leading projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including branding, traditional print, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, PR events, and web direction. • Adjust marketing plans based on market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activities.

Branding and Corporate Identity:

• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives. • Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence and strategy at both corporate and local levels. • Create and manage video content for marketing campaigns, agents, and developments.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Content Creation and Management:

• Coordinate the creation of custom marketing/media content and promote the company’s tools and resources to increase adoption and use. • Coordinate the Design and manage marketing collateral, signage, and video content in collaboration with the graphic designer.

Support Sales and Business Development:

• Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively. • Act as a liaison with the Marketing Team and support leadership in attending new client meetings. • Develop engaging marketing presentations and support recruitment and retention efforts.

Website Management:

• Coordinate management of website updates and work closely with web developers to ensure accurate information is available online. • Keep agent pages updated and maintain communication with community managers for marketing-related projects.

Lead Generation and CRM Management:

• Implement best practices for CRM, email marketing, and automated campaign journeys. • Support lead generation efforts and ensure effective management of marketing campaigns.

Reports and Communication:

• Monitor progress and submit performance reports. • Measure marketing campaign costs and report on effectiveness using predetermined KPIs. • Utilize data to inform marketing campaigns and identify new business opportunities. • Conduct market research and update the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) manual for the marketing department.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with a marketing team that includes two marketing coordinators and a graphic designer, who will support the execution of the marketing strategies and initiatives outlined above. • This role requires strong project management skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with the marketing team and other departments.

Location:

This is an in-office position, requiring the Marketing Director to work on-site to collaborate effectively with the team and support the company's operations.

Salary:

The salary for the Marketing Manager position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. We are open to discussing compensation based on the candidate's qualifications and background. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry. • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. • Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and traditional marketing channels. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools. Compensation: $55,000
