OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The Marketing Manage will play a critical role in shaping the marketing strategy for the Eden Resort & Suites and its food & beverage outlets. This individual will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, websites, traditional advertising, email, and media/public relations. The job requires knowledge of eCommerce and marketing principles and practices in the hospitality or comparable industries. This position to the General Manager and collaborates closely with the executive and leadership teams. Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing

: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to differentiate Eden Resort & Suites from competition, enhance visibility and expand market share. •

Brand Management

: Maintain consistency in branding across all internal and external communications. •

Content Creation

: Craft compelling narratives for hotel social media accounts to enhance brand story. Oversee and coordinate influencer/media visits as well as create new, on-brand photography for social media posts. •

Digital Marketing

: Facilitate end-to-end digital marketing strategies including website management, SEO, SEM, and email to maximize impact throughout customer journey. •

Sales Collateral & Tactical Promotions : Manage the design and execution of dynamic and high-quality marketing design elements including digital and print ads, sales collateral, signage and more. •

Cross-collaboration

: Work closely with General Manager, Director of Sales, Communications and Marketing Department and marketing agency to coordinate and execute the annual marketing plan and budget. •

Event Planning

: Conceptualize and execute experiential activations and events, immersing target audiences in memorable brand interactions designed to foster genuine connections and positive brand sentiment. •

Reporting & Analysis : Maintain, interpret, and report on the results of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. •

Special Projects:

Undertake other special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Administrative knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc. Additional experience vetting and working with influencers and media is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or other digital design tools. Video editing skills are a plus. • Enthusiastic, committed, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. • 3-5 years of years or marketing experience in hospitality or similar industry. • Must be able to provide examples of previous work. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
