Talent Space, Inc. is looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager for a remote contract opportunity!

This role is focused on supporting the following core business verticals (which are subject to grow or shift depending on business needs):• Product Marketing (ADO, ITSM, Work Management)• Performance Marketing• Production Design• Corporate

In this role, you will be focused on:• Partnering closely with our Creative Resource Manager to resource work across the Design, Copy and teams that support the above business functions.• Working closely with PMM and our Design Director to assess project business objectives and creative ambition, carving out an approach to each opportunity that supports the business and leads to best-in-class work.• Creating work back schedules, setting up team milestones per project and managing projects directly with an eye on creative output, consistency and team health.• Creating and maintaining fruitful, strategic partnerships with business leads across the company.• Partnering closely with our Design Director that supports all of these business verticals, acting as a strategic, operational and (when needed) production partner. They will be driving creative excellence. You will be focused on operational excellence.

In this role:

You are a strong, independent thinker, leader and decision maker with a proven track record of delivering work on time and within budget.

You have deep project management experience across Design functions (brand, product, performance, web, etc).

You are an expert at building rapport and consensus amongst a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally.

You have extensive experience working with Product Marketing and internal Brand and Creative teams.

You are quick on your feet and able to explain complex issues, risks and alternative solutions clearly and effectively.

You have superior resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating and project management skills.

You are adept with project planning (goals, budget, schedule, and scope).

You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a great deal of autonomy.

You are comfortable sorting through ambiguity and strive to provide clarity for the teams you work with.

You are an energetic and creative problem solver.

You have expertise working on large initiatives across timezones.

You have extensive experience with project managing internal projects as well as managing external agencies and production vendors when needed.

You have a deep love of storytelling that pushes creative boundaries.

Minimum qualifications:

8-10 years of project management experience inside an internal Creative Agency and/or internal Brand Marketing team. Bonus points if both!

Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard, a high bar for aesthetic quality within set budgets and schedules.

Experience directly managing work across local and remote (distributed) design, production and product marketing teams.

Excellent negotiation skills with clients, peers and partners.

Superior leadership and communication skills.

Experience and affinity for *** products and brand.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Bonus points for experience producing video and photo projects
