What you'll do

Docusign's Global Partner Marketing team is seeking an experienced marketer who will be instrumental in driving engagement and scaled growth through our partner ecosystem, including alliances and systems integrators. We're looking for someone who's passionate about partners to unlock customer value.

As the engagement and operations lead for partners who Buy-with, Sell-with and Deliver-with Docusign (Resell, ISV/Technology and SI), your role will be to unlock value for partners at-scale.

This role requires a passion for combining creativity with a can-do attitude to drive material results, strong collaboration capabilities, ability to manage cross-functional teams and create order out of ambiguity. You'll work with external and internal teams, including sales, alliance, marketing, and product teams.

Success in this role requires a growth mindset and passion to champion partner and customer needs. This is a high-impact opportunity that combines strategy, program management, execution and analytical problem solving. You are organized, a critical thinker and detail-oriented with a proven record of driving positive business results. You are comfortable with ambiguity, excel as a self-starter with desire to drive new initiatives from conception to completion and exhibit a strong bias for action.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing.

ResponsibilityCreate marketing plans to drive partner growth at scale, including templates, creating a model to manage MDF, calculate ROI, build campaigns-in-a-box and monitor resultsLead Docusign's Partner Day event and third-party events, working with events and field marketing teams, including content, strategy and project management, to engage our technology, resell and SI partner baseCultivate Partner engagement and metrics to monitor success, including ownership of Partner Advisory Council and other feedback channels to develop and apply actionable insightsOwn partner communications, including social media, newsletters, emails, and related activitiesCreate customer story engine and collaborate with PR and thought leadership to build industry momentum for ecosystemUnlock the value delivered by the partner community to our growing Self-Service, Commercial and Enterprise customer bases, working with marketing and sales teams responsible for those audiencesDevelop Docusign + Partner Better Together narrative and bring it to life in key touch points, including pitch decks, events, assets and on Docusign.comTrack and measure metrics, including marketing ROI and pipeline impact, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize resultsWork with partners and internal partners to develop scalable marketing campaigns that drive the business, elevate Docusign, and our partners in a meaningful wayDevelop a deep understanding of our partner and customer needs and priorities and how they align with our goals to determine quarterly and annual goalsJob Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years related experience with a Master's degree, with 2+ years in SaaS space3-5 years of developer marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, field marketing role with emphasis on partner or alliance programs and campaigns in SaasPreferred

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $134,900 - $216,975 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $129,000 - $182,250 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000 - $190,550 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
