What you'll do As a Product Designer, you will design elegant, customer-focused web and/or mobile applications for millions of Docusign users worldwide. You will be responsible for the user interface, architecture, interaction design, user research, and visual design across platforms. You are passionate, efficient, and possess strong analytical skills and storytelling abilities. You collaborate easily with colleagues, bring cross-functional teams together around a shared vision, and welcome feedback. You balance business needs with simple, engaging, user-centered solutions and are experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment. This position reports to a Product Design Manager. Responsibilities Champion design by exploring big ideas and focusing on details. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, and technical writers to define features and influence product direction. Own design execution and measure improvements. Create storyboards, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile. Contribute to and apply patterns in Docusign’s design system for scalability. Use data and research to inform design decisions, complemented by your intuition. Foster a creative and supportive culture within the Product Experience team. Work Arrangement Hybrid: Work both in-office and remotely, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Specifics may vary by team and location. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years designing user experiences for web and mobile at scale. Expertise in interaction, visual design, and prototyping with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. A portfolio demonstrating design strategy, interaction, visual design, prototyping, and storytelling. Preferred Creative problem solver with strong communication skills. Deep care for the impact of your work and brand. Curious, open-minded, and growth-oriented.
