Job Summary

As a Senior Biddable Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing biddable media campaigns from opportunity phase to initial briefing stage through campaign setup, maintenance, optimization, and final reporting for your assigned clients. You will ensure the health of accounts, spending budgets in full, while exceeding client KPIs. This role will primarily focus on paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The Senior Biddable Media Specialist will continuously challenge themselves to bring new recommendations and optimizations to exceed client expectations.

Other duties may be assigned.• Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of BC Worldwide.• Setup and manage client campaigns in Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.• Develop insights and actions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goals, platform capabilities, and results• Continually evaluate biddable media strategies on your respective accounts, identifying testing and account growth opportunities.• Maintains a strong comprehension of paid social performance metrics and how to optimize performance based on accurate reading of delivery by metric across all objectives.• Work closely with the ad operations and analytics teams for all tagging and reporting requirements.• Ensure flawless execution (budget, targeting, placement, pacing, performance, optimization, reporting).• Maintain strong working knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc) along with their respective emerging platforms.• Stay abreast of changing trends in the industry and across all platforms; also taking note of results we have seen within the agency across all clients and use those to guide future recommendations.• Communicate effectively and facilitate presentations to clients and agency counterparts• Measure impact and effectiveness of various biddable media channels and formats using quantitative and qualitative media metrics.• Utilize biddable media processes and stay abreast in team requirements around pacing, campaign tracking, approval to spend forms, and team documents.• Participate in Integrated Media and Biddable Media team training and cross-discipline education sessions• Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations.• Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy.

Education, Experience and Certifications• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred• Minimum 3-4 years of paid social experience• Advertising/media agency experience preferred• Biddable media experience across programmatic and e-commerce is a plus
