The pay rate for this position is $23- $25 per hour. Compensation for this role coincides with experience.

Compensation for this position starts at 115k and ranges ot 130k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focusing on paid social media to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.Advanced Analytics:

Utilize advanced Salesforce analytics to oversee the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies. Provide deep insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.Budget Oversight:

Manage a significant budget for digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Ensure strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve financial objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead cross-departmental initiatives to ensure the integration of digital strategies with overall marketing and business goals. Serve as the key liaison between marketing and agency resources, operations, call center, and IT.Innovation and Trends:

Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and digital marketing trends. Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge tools and platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:

Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights for decision-making.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a significant focus on paid social media campaigns and analytics.Proven expertise in using Salesforce to drive marketing strategy and measure performance.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage projects with a self-sufficient manner.Strong budget management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing investments.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.Extensive experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital marketing innovations.Strategic thinker with a proven ability to influence corporate strategies.
