Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's brand objectives and business goals.Perform market research to identify clients, sector opportunities, industry trends, and regularly monitor Praxis competition.Manage and grow social media presence by curating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with the company's audience to foster community engagement.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and values.Conceptualize, create, and execute online campaigns that drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.Build marketing programs and campaigns and provide direction to external partners supporting website development, SEO, and other marketing support services.Maintain information on the Company website: up to date pictures and announcements as well as manage online and printed media kit. Assist with company blog and company representation on social media outlets.Develop sales and marketing literature, ensuring valid, current, and accurate content. Prepare and supervise the production of brochures, handouts,direct mail, promotional videos, and photographs.Develop/maintain company branded artwork for promotional tradeshows and events.Develop customer satisfaction tool to improve products and services provided by Praxis.Travel to customers and events (less than 25%).Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination required5-7 years of similar experience requiredProficiency in utilizing various digital marketing platforms, tools, and software.Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.Analytical skills to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Graphic design skills and experience with design software are a plus.The ability to work independently, without supervision required.Ability to organize priorities and workload required.Strong knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Sales CRM software preferred.Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers: to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required.
