We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre seeking a qualified Operations Manager that is focused on driving leads and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:
The Studio Manager will oversee all functionality of studio operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networkingAssist with sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classesMembership and retail salesHandle Member Retention tasks & eventsManage sales staff scheduleEnsuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsWork with Sales Manager to Supervise Sales RepresentativesWork with owner to hire/train Sales RepresentativesProficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Work with Lead Teacher to ensure teaching staff has appropriate supplies/equipmentEnsure Class Schedule is updated in gym management softwareIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsAny other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of fitness sales or relevant management experience preferredConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailPrevious management or supervisory experience requiredMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat and organizedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareCollege Degree preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availabilityCOMPENSATION & PERKS:

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
