The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team of creative minds who can bring innovative concepts and fresh ideas by creating groundbreaking visuals! This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. We are looking for an individual who is well-versed in current design programs and knowledgeable in the design process, from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who can collaborate with multiple teams across the company and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do at VeSync:Collaborate with Design Supervisor and Art Directors, as well as Brand Marketing, to execute and implement new ideas for product launches and marketing campaignsDesign creative assets for print including, but not limited to, user manuals, product packaging, product labels, in-box cards, and flyersDesign creative assets for various e-commerce platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon listing photos and A+ contentDesign creative assets for web and social media use including, but not limited to, digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website bannersContribute to brainstorming and the development of concepts for various go-to-market campaigns and branding initiatives across various channelsMentor and guide other designers; aid in the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and giving productive critique/feedbackCreating and presenting concepts for new products and campaigns (mood boards, sketches, mockups)Achieve high-quality design that accurately reflects our brand, audience, market and culture with a quick turnaroundManage and maintain project deadlinesWhat you bring to the role:
Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar6+ years of experience as a graphic designerPortfolio of work with a wide range of relevant creative projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExpert knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Advanced experience working in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Knowledge using Figma for prototyping and layout/UI designPreferred basic experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D design programsExperience with motion graphics and animation is a plusKnowledge of HTML/CSS coding recommended, but not requiredExpert experience and knowledge in concept development (brainstorming, conceptualizing ideas, sketches)Ability to execute brand strategy and art direction into print and digital assetsExperience in collaborating with other Designers; ability to work cross-functionally with other teams/departmentsAbility to follow and understand SOPs/workflows; possess strong organizational and time management skills(attention to detail)Expert understanding of typography and layout designAdvanced photo editing skills (photo retouching/photo manipulation)Skilled at creating vector images, line drawings, and illustrations with a digital pen/stylusProficient knowledge of color theoryAbility to set and export files for print and digitalComfortable working fast in a dynamic team environmentTakes ownership of projects and drives tasks through to completion on schedule
