Marketing Production Mgr

The Marketing Production Manager orchestrates workflow and collaboration of cross-functional teams throughout the full cycle of marketing campaigns, with a focus on schedule management, prioritization, risk mitigation, quality control standards, and operational success. This role transcends mere schedule management and is instrumental in orchestrating seamless team operations, ensuring the smooth progression of all tasks and projects. The Marketing Production Manager is responsible for devising an effective marketing production strategy and implementing it in practice.

Job Responsibilities

Effectively manages our marketing production process and makes sure our marketing team reaches set project milestones and ensures consistent output.Monitors and assigns job requests, ensuring the client's provided information is accurate and complete.Reviews daily workload and deadlines of the creative, content marketing, social, and media teams.Serves as a trusted bridge connecting the Marketing and Communications team with vital support services.Interacts with third-party vendors and establishes partnerships with them.Updates Leadership team on the progress of our marketing campaigns.With superior written and verbal communication skills, provides effective advice, counsel, and coaching to senior leaders as well as peers.May perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Experience - Three years of proven work experience in a marketing roleEducation - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
