Position Overview:
Americares is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Fundraising Associate. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and develop skills in fundraising, marketing, and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission and eager to contribute to our efforts in raising funds and awareness for our cause.
**Key Responsibilities:
**
Assist in the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote Americares' programs and activities.
Coordinate and manage fundraising events and activities.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Assist with administrative tasks related to fundraising and marketing.
**Qualifications:
**
High school degree is required
At least 18 years old and legal to work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about sales, marketing and fundraising
