Ready for a new challenge?Summary of PositionIn this strategic role, you will act as the voice of Nexon by building and maintaining positive relationships with various partners and public events.We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage partners and merchandise business for Nexon titles

Identify, develop, and sustain a positive relationship with key partners and license partners to support games promotion

Initiate creative licensed merchandise projects for Nexon titles with various merchandise companies and oversee the development of e-commerce promotional plans

Develop and implement the strategic partnership campaign plans and merchandise projects, which includes monitoring, analyzing, and providing reports

Collaborate with Legal, Production, Marketing, and Community Management team to implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotion, and competitions

Drive research on current benchmark trends and player preferences

Support all Nexon offline events for partnership and merch management

Work Experience3+ years of professional experience working in E-commerce, Communications, Marketing, and/or Business development role, preferably in gaming industryEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge/SkillsStrong understanding of and interest in online gaming trends

Proven ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives

Confident communicator and an excellent writer with an ability to develop and foster strong relationships with partners

Flexible, motivated self-starter who is highly organized and detail oriented

Must possess superior critical thinking skills, time management skills, writing, and language skills

An excellent team player with strong collaboration skills

$80,000 - $95,000

annually.Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual's pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
