We employ teams of superior engineers that bring a forward-thinking approach using the world’s latest project management, design, and support innovations.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for proposal production and coordination as assignedEstablish and manage proposal schedules and compliance checklistsLead development of targeted messaging, win themes and differentiatorsDevelop and maintain regional proposal resources, including resumes and project descriptionsCoordinate with pursuit teams to develop presentationsFrequently monitor websites for the advertisement of new solicitationsMaintenance and submission of prequalification packagesSupport client management programs, industry involvement, and other business development efforts as neededMaintain company database (VantagePoint) opportunities, clients, and contactsRequirementsFamiliarity with state and local procurement processes and other state or federal forms (SF330, SF255) requirementsSignificant writing and editing skills and ability to complete work assignments independentlyHighly organized, analytical, deadline-driven, and demonstrates exceptional follow-throughAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyPreferred QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (English, marketing, communications, technical editing, writing, or similar degree) preferredFive+ years of proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry (preferred)Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or equivalent software proficiencyPreferred QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (English, marketing, communications, technical editing, writing, or similar degree) preferredFive+ years of proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry (preferred)Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or equivalent software proficiencyBenefitsSalary range — $65,000-85,000 annually.
