Dinsmore is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at our Cincinnati, OH location. The role will provide support for a range of activities undertaken by the team, including assistance with client programs and client reporting, business development pitches and presentations, engagement with audiences on social media, events and maintaining the firm's website. Training in the use of reporting and customer relationship management tools and a range of other skills will be provided.

Responsibilities

Working with the events team to produce invitations for events and assisting with their distributionCreating and sending client alertsProviding on-the-ground assistance with major eventsWorking with the proposals team to ensure that content used in proposals is kept updatedAssisting with images for the firm's website, social media posts and other campaigns, including posting images and events on the websiteScheduling and then processing and uploading attorney photographsResearching current clients and future targets to support efforts to win work, and generating reports using research toolsAssisting with the creation and editing of external presentations for events, sponsorships, conferences and client presentationsCreative support for collateral and marketing materialManaging the distribution of sports and entertainment related ticketsInternal charitable campaign executionCLE accreditation supportAssistance with mailing lists, data change management and targeting for client development initiativesOther duties as required to support the work of the teamRequirements

Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing or equivalent work experienceGood judgment and an ability to make well-reasoned independent decisionsGood listening, written and verbal communications skillsCapable of fully implementing projects to completionSelf-starter with high levels of initiative, proactivity and driveEqual Opportunity Employer
