Grit Box Fitness is excited to be expanding into the heart of South End. We are searching for a rockstar Studio Manager to lead our team and help us deliver the best fitness experience in Charlotte.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader with a successful track record in managing a diverse team and driving sales. They should also be self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized. Our Studio Manager will be responsible for leading the studio's day-to-day operations and will report directly to the Director of Operations.
With several new locations in the pipeline, we have an exciting growth plan for the next 12 months. This means more opportunities for those who are willing to step up and make an impact. ResponsibilitiesManage Day to Day Operations of the Studio and TeamsDevelop strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfactionDrive Lead Conversions and SalesEnsure that company policies and brand guidelines are followed at, and outside, the studioOptimize business workflowsWork with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaignsMonitor employee production and satisfactionSet team and individual goalsLead weekly team meetingsDeliver weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Operations and OwnerCommunicate regularly with all employees and conduct quarterly reviewsLead staff training and developmentDrive sales and ensure our sales team is prepared to hit monthly goalsQualifications
Qualifications
Management level experience, fitness industry preferredExperience in sales and leading sales teamsExperience managing a diverse group of peopleAbility to prepare and analyze sales reportsResults-driven and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the teamExperience working in a fast-paced work environmentGreat planning and project management skillsA strong passion for fitness and delivering the best member experience every dayA positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a burning desire to succeed!Company Description

Combining Kickboxing and Strength training with the music and visual effects of your favorite nightclub, we've created a fitness experience that is exciting and motivates our members to bring out their inner badass.
