While the industry is hunger-marketing and scarcity driven, our mission is to democratize sneaker culture, making it inclusive and accessible to all consumers. We recently raised our Series A (led by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, Gobi Partners), and have quickly been scaling our team to help match the explosive growth in demand for our products.
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing, who can help us oversee a wide range of activities, aiming to build brand awareness and loyalty.
What you will be doing
Develop and implement a strategic, data-driven affiliate marketing plan to support the company's overall growth objectivesIdentify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across diverse industries and nichesNegotiate and manage profitable commission structures and partnership agreementsCreate compelling promotional materials, landing pages, and other assets to drive affiliate conversionsMonitor and analyze affiliate program performance, identifying opportunities for improvementContinuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and scalabilityStay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate marketingCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, operations) to align affiliate activitiesProvide mentorship and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, fostering their professional developmentReport on program performance and make strategic recommendations to senior leadershipWe are looking for
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or equivalent hands-on experience consideredProven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing successful affiliate programsExceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesFamiliarity with popular affiliate networks, management platforms, and tracking toolsIn-depth knowledge of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and digital advertising strategiesPassion for the sneaker and streetwear industry is a strong advantagePrevious US market marketing experience is a plusWhat we offer
