Internal Communications Director_

WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of effectiveinternal communications across the Fluke business, globally. The role includesexecutive communications, employee programs, change management, andleadership events. You will drive improvements to our communicationchannels, editorial strategy and pioneer new approaches in support of ouremployee engagement and talent imperative. You will help shape the culturethrough strategic communications, garnering confidence and excitementaround the future vision of Fluke.You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the globe, building keyrelationships with internal comms stakeholders across other operatingcompanies and Fortive; our HR leaders; and with the Head of ExternalCommunications.WHO YOU AREYou are an accomplished and strategic internal communications executive withproven experience from a highly regarded company known for excellence indriving employee awareness, engagement and culture. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
