The Manager, Field Marketing plays a pivotal role in planning, developing, and executing marketing programs, with a strong emphasis on the development and execution of in-field sampling and local store marketing initiatives in collaboration with franchisees. This position is responsible for the development of local marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving targeted audiences to stores, and ultimately achieving profitability and sustained growth.
