Assoc. Marketing ManagerThis is a long-term full time position with Aquent Studios, supporting our retail client and you would work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.Candidates must be able to work in the office 3 days a week in Miami.This position offers a salary plus medical, dental, vision, 401k w/match and PTO.Bilingual in English and Spanish requiredHispanic market experience requiredHighly qualified Assoc. Marketing Manager who can contribute to existing programs whileassisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The idealcandidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, includingcommunications, branding, and digital media. Must be organized multitasker, able tohandle diverse projects and meet tight deadlines.Ensure that marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals byidentifying and executing improvement for processes, content. Share best practices andlocal marketing tactics with team members.In this role, (you) will assist with marketing tactics coordination, legal reviews, eventplanning.The position reports directly to the senior marketing manager.You will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help the Marketing &Advertising team drive strategies to acquire new customers, increase engagement withexisting customers, and drive enterprise value across a variety of channels, including:Effectively and efficiently communicate with cross-functional teams toensure execution of performance marketing strategies.Possess strong project management and organization skills, with ability tomanage multiple initiatives and moving parts; with a high level of attention todetail.Leverage analytics to measure marketing channel and overall campaignperformanceConduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunitiesSupports development of marketing plans rooted in consumer, competitor andcompany insights, leveraging results and insights to support recommendationson go-forward campaigns.Understanding of Hispanic demographic to ensure marketing tactics and assetsare relevant to this important and growing population segment.Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategyby assembling sales forecasts and data, creating presentations, and updatingcalendarsContribute to development of creative ideas and marketing plansCoordinate the creation of new promotional materialsContinually seek new sources of market data and provide recommendations tomarketing leadershipRequired Qualifications3 to 5 years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business andmarketingSelf-motivated individual who can excel in a demanding environmentKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and socialmedia marketingExperience or interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, performance marketing.Retail marketing or agency/strategy experience.Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.Superior communication skills in both English and SpanishHigh level of comfort working and managing cross-functional relationships inhighly matrixed organization.Understanding of data driven Marketing - where data, technology, and creativitymeet.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, accountability and flexibilityin working with others.Strong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in MarketingRetail and consumer behavior understandingExperience with email and online marketing
