We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts for a global CPG company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive B2B and B2B2C initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive revenue growth in alignment with business objectives.

Description

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to B2B and B2B2C audiences, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

  • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling digital content including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts to engage both B2B and B2B2C stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, monitor campaign performance, and generate insights for continuous optimization.

  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and brand marketing to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies as needed.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing roles with a focus on B2B and B2B2C marketing, preferably within the tobacco industry or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of tobacco advertising regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
