Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with homebuyers to coordinate unit-specific selections and upgrades, delivering a personalized and premium Replay experience.Manage consultant contracts, invoicing, and coordination (architectural, engineering, environmental, market, etc.).
- Partner with the construction team to establish high standards for fit and finish and ensure top-tier product delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with homeowners through exceptional customer service and timely support.Track and document buyer selections from purchase to orientation, and log post-closing service requests.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of project pro formas, budgets, and development schedules.
- Maintain current knowledge of legal, zoning, and Department of Real Estate requirements and prepare necessary documentation.
- Support sales and development with contract addenda, buyer obligations, and project milestone reporting.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with internal and external stakeholders, offering timely project updates.
- Coordinate the preparation of association and property management documentation.
- Provide hands-on support across development and construction to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

The Successful Applicant
- You are a detail-oriented and design-savvy professional with a strong background in working directly with homeowners on customized home builds.
- You specialize in guiding purchasers through design selections, offering a personalized interior design experience while ensuring alignment with architectural drawings and construction plans.
- Experience collaborating closely with AE (Architectural/Engineering) teams, project managers, and sales/marketing groups, you bring a client-focused mindset to each phase of the development lifecycle.
- Your expertise lies in interpreting and coordinating design specifications to create tailored living spaces that reflect each owner's vision.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, and have a proven track record of delivering a seamless and elevated owner experience-from initial design consultations to homeowner care and post-occupancy support.
- Familiar with construction standards for multifamily and residential finishes and building systems.
