We are actively holding virtual Zoom interviews for candidates looking to jumpstart their careers in the marketing industry as a Marketing & Sales Representative. This is a new position opening that would report directly to the Senior Client Account Manager.

Training is our expertise. We provide comprehensive classroom-style training and demonstrations, so no experience is necessary. As the Marketing & Sales Representative, you will receive training in product knowledge, effective sales techniques, field marketing systems, and general operational procedures.

What will you be doing?

Generate revenue for our telecommunications client and achieve monthly sales metrics through effective field marketing techniquesConduct target market research and build campaign solutions that will achieve specified target metrics as designated by the client and exceed client expectationsEstablish trusting relationships with consumers, clients, and team members and meet all responsibilities with adequate preparation, delivery, and follow-throughAct as the main point of contact between consumers and the client to provide valuable feedback regarding the product/service quality and the consumer experienceStay current with industry news and present ideas to improve and streamline our field marketing and sales strategiesCreate sales training materials, pitch presentations, and efficient reporting toolsWhat you will bring:

At least 1-2 years of sales, cold-calling, or marketing experienceOutstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsProven ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationshipsHigh level of professionalism and integrityA solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and creativelyTrack record of success in managing multiple priorities in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
