Job Summary

As our Healthcare Segment Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of our positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy for Rackspace Technology's healthcare solutions globally. Working closely with a broad range of teams (Sales, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, Product Management), this role defines and drives how we market our solutions across all relevant channels in the healthcare vertical and enables our sales team to sell effectively. This role will report to the VP, Marketing for our Private Cloud Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technology marketing experience in the Healthcare sector. They will enjoy and excel in creative thinking, innovating, and delivering measurable results that help drive awareness, grow the pipeline, and win business. They will have strong communication skills and can balance developing a strategic marketing plan with executing, while leveraging the support of other teams such as product marketing, digital, campaigns, analyst relations, PR, and events. They also develop strong relationships with the sales team and work in partnership with them to deliver growth.

Responsibilities

Become an authority on Rackspace Technology's healthcare solutions and how we message/position to healthcare vertical audiences.Works with the Product and Product Marketing Team to develop positioning, packaging, and GTM approach.Works collaboratively with the content, digital, campaigns, event, and public relations teams on developing and executing strategy at each stage of the sales funnel, including blogs, white papers, client stories, sell sheets, videos, press release, webinars, events and speaking engagements, and other marketing and sales enablement assets.Identifies and understands key personas for the healthcare sector drawing on quantitative and qualitative data from the business and external sources. Ensure positioning and messaging is aligned across internal stakeholders.Collaborates with go-to-market teams (Sales, BDRs, Product, Marketing) to ensure content, campaigns and pre/post-sales motions are aligned and effective. Test key messaging and provide storytelling guidance around the top content themes.In collaboration with product and sales leadership, drives market intelligence on the Healthcare vertical: Acts as the guide on the market, and how clients & prospects think about their investment in cloud technology solutions to address their various needs, e.g., EHR.Acts as a strategic thought partner: Staying in lock step with business leaders to inform the Healthcare vertical GTM strategy and support pipeline and revenue goals.Leads the creation and execution of segment marketing strategies across channels.Adapts messaging to fit the specific requirements of target audiences including creation of segment-specific marketing materials and campaigns.Leverages the full spectrum of marketing and communications tactics including media relations, content marketing, digital marketing, and events to effectively engage with key markets and segments.Regularly uses data to optimize and fine tune activities for best results/ROI and provides regular updates to marketing and sales leadership.Works with Analyst Relations and Product team to engage with key industry analysts and shape the perception of Rackspace Technology as a leader for relevant solution categories.Qualifications:-

7 to 10 years of work experience in B2B technology marketing rolesHealthcare industry experience required - 3 years minimum.Bachelor's degree required - Marketing, advertising, or a related field.Demonstrated capability to lead the creation and execution of digital presence development, paid advertising strategies and campaigns, content marketing, events, sales acceleration through marketing automation and social media.Team player and collaborative way of workingData-driven; ability to use data to demonstrate impact of programs.Proactive, can-do attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishTravel:-

The following information is required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and the New York City Pay Transparency Act. This applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado or in New York City.

The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado and New York City applicants for this role is $95,000 - $126,600 and $104,000 - $138,700.

Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.

These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance, and may change at any time.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
