As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for exploring, developing and managing b2b commercial relationships on behalf of the Performance Marketing team (focused on the North American market). Working closely with North American affiliate partners this is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning global team.

The North American Marketing team is currently seeking a smart, ambitious Marketing Manager to help support our continued growth.

Working closely with the Partner Operations Manager and wider global marketing team you will be responsible for exploring, developing and managing b2b commercial relationships with North American Partners on behalf of the Performance Marketing team.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 annually.

Preferred Skills

Degree level or equivalent practical experience.Proven ability in securing positive commercial agreements.Strong networking and relationship management skills.Awareness of product suite and offering across each market.Passion for sports and knowledge/understanding of North American sports market.Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.Ability to work with deadlines.Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities by building new partnerships and optimizing existing ones.Engaging in active negotiation and evaluation of new and existing partner contracts to ensure performance and growth targets are met across all live states.Reporting performance results back into the wider marketing team.Influencing the business approach to North American markets (both new and existing), departmental projects and objectives through pro-active involvement.Ensuring partner compliance across multiple territories to protect the interest of our partners alongside the business.Offering local insights to improve the bet365 product and offering in North America.Supporting the launch of bet365 as states go live.Working to enhance the affiliate website/platform in order improve the reporting available to our bet365 partners.Supporting asset creation to align with our brand guidelines that drive performance.Representing the business externally at key events/partner meetings.
