Overview

Sonrava Health is looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing & Brand. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of innovative content and creative strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.Develop and manage direct mail marketing strategies, including segmentation, creative development, and campaign execution.Allocate and manage the direct mail budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery and tracking ROI.Support the marketing integration of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless brand alignment and communication.Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to facilitate successful integration.Oversee the budget for marketing materials, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support marketing initiatives.Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to digital platforms.Monitor social media trends, performance, and analytics to inform content strategies and improve engagement metrics.Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and campaign execution. Experience in Health is a plus.Proven track record of Building Brands, content development, direct mail campaigns, and marketing budgets.Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.Personal Attributes:
