Through the consistent delivery of quality services and understanding the needs of our business, we develop innovative improvements as we strive towards our company's Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals!As the Website Marketing Manager, you will support our company and brand goals by serving as the primary channel manager for our corporate website. This individual will play a key part in shaping our online presence and optimizing user experience to ensure our site can effectively serve our various stakeholders and enhance our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals of Credit Acceptance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the website, ensuring its effectiveness as a key digital and brand asset.

Outcomes and Activities:This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required.

However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member.Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the website in alignment with broader objectives.Manage the intake and backlog process for the entire website for effective prioritization and regularly communicate to stakeholders around the status of the backlogConduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor websites, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvementOversee the creation, curation, and optimization of website content, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to maintain a consistent and high-quality online presence supported by engaging, relevant, and on-brand contentPartner with UX team to implement and refine user experience strategies to enhance website usability and navigation.Consistently test hypotheses via A/B testing and rollout improvements within an overall prioritization framework.Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on website performance, user behavior, and key metrics.

Regularly present metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement to leadership.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, via consistent monitoring of analytics to identify areas for SEO improvement and new best practicesCollaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize the website for lead generation and conversion.

Implement and analyze performance metrics related to measuring full-funnel performance/conversionKnowledge and Skills:Passion for and deep technical expertise in managing a digital property to deliver against business goalsExcellent project management skillsCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and other teams within marketingStrong understanding of digital marketing, content management, SEO, and UX best practicesProficiency in web analytics tools and content management systemsStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholdersExperience managing people (future need if the team grows)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience in key knowledge areas)Proven experience (7+ years) as a marketing manager or similar role with a focus on website managementTargeted Compensation:
