Social Media Specialist ' to join their team.Very competitive salary, dependant on experience.This is a permanent role.Working from the Chicago, Illinois office 5 days per week.You must have strong copywriting and social media management experience in Discord and Reddit to be considered for the role.This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to develop their career to the next level.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.Plan high-quality content, including text posts, images, infographics, and videos.Working tightly with our marketing team members to ensure consistency with new product features and financial trendsManage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc).Monitor and analyze social media data and identify trends to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies.Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.Requirements:Experience in social media marketing within Financial ServicesProven content writing capabilitiesMarketing-oriented mindsetExcellent knowledge of FB, X, YouTube, IG, Discord, Reddit and other social channelsA multi-tasker team playerExperience in content writing for SEO and ASO - AdvantageBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - AdvantageExcellent interpersonal skills and high standards of servicing internal and external stakeholders
