Job Posting:

The Wrangler Traditional Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Traditional Marketing Manager to coordinate activities in support of the traditional business unit. This hands-on role will be responsible for leading seasonal sell in, consumer marketing campaigns, photoshoots (both lifestyle, sell in and ecommerce), leading development of executional support for key retailers across both men's and boy's apparel. They will support the overall strategic goals and objectives of the Wrangler brand.

Responsibilities:Leads the development of seasonal retail needs for sell in and sell through. This includes briefing creative and copy teams on materials needed for key account meetings, key product stories including new product launches. Followed by sell in and ecommerce photoshoot production and post production to ensure best in class assets are developed for account meetings and .com.Leads the development of retailer and consumer facing marketing asset development - including defining the strategy, writing creative briefs, project management of creative development and photoshoot production - including booking talent, confirming key looks with cross functional team, ensuring product is available and prepped on set, scouting and approving locations, stylist, hair and makeup, budget, etc. Followed by post production follow up including sample return, retouching and distribution.Guides the overarching direction for ticketing needs, and coordinates daily correspondence with internal teams, outside agencies and vendors, sales, merchandising, and Kontoor legal to responsively support all initiatives. Lead new seasonal ticketing needs inclusive of design and implementation when necessary.Assists Manager with budget management, including running monthly budget reports; process estimates, PO's and invoices in a timely manner; partner with LBU coordinators/managers to expedite any exception-based payments with AP/FinanceLeadership:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to articulate clearly among various internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal communication.A proactive, positive and flexible nature with a solution oriented attitude. Proven ability to work cross-functionally.Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously is critical.Knowledge of seasonal retail calendars, ticketing, POS development.Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge and experience with Box, Sharepoint and Canva.Requirements:
