DEDON, Inc ., a recognized leader in luxury design and manufacturing, is seeking a Project Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the US Marketing Manager. This position will be based out of our Greensboro North Carolina Corporate office. Founded in 1990, DEDON became the first company to weave synthetic fiber into luxury outdoor designs, setting a global standard of quality and innovation that informs its evolution to this day. DEDON's vision is to redefine outdoor living through an attention to design and comfort. With global headquarters in Germany and sales offices all over the world, DEDON, Inc., is looking for a candidate that is eager to be a part of an established marketing team. JOB SUMMARY
The Project Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team as systems and processes expert. Expedites all communication regarding marketing materials for all three sales teams. Manages process & communication for showroom flip orders and marketing event orders to ensure all requirements are met while balancing operational goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the DEDON Inc. marketing team in all areas including public relations, events and tradeshows, digital and product marketing, advertising, and merchandising.
- Promote DEDON’s five flagship showrooms by fulfilling design center requests for product, brand and event content.
- Work with sales representatives and dealers to ensure proper branding of DEDON across co-op initiatives.
- Enter orders and coordinate with logistics for marketing related events, sponsorships, donations and installations.
- Maintain database of project imagery and conduct outreach for new content opportunities.
- Project manages event schedules and showroom merchandising initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met using Planner project management software.
- Research and partner with local vendors for event and merchandising needs, including graphic and logo printing, painting and more.
- Assemble POS Kits, samples boxes and client gifts as necessary with the Product Marketing Associate.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of internship or full-time work experience in a similar role.
• Based in the Greensboro/High Point area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Graphic design skills are a plus, but not required.
