Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Responsible for managing the tenant engagement in three corporate office buildings in downtown Chicago's LoopSpecial event planning for meetings and events occurring at the properties for clients and tenants both small and large scaleCurates unique and worthwhile activations in public and private event space in conjunction with onsite retailersCoordinates property synergy between office tenants, retailers, and dining establishmentsCreate property programming with the goal of creating a property-wide sense of inclusion and communityAssists three property management teams in creating welcome collateral and events for new tenantsResponds to in-person, phone and email requests from tenants and assists in providing guidance and information to tenants in a timely mannerFacilitates fitness instruction, classes, events, supply ordering, etc. at onsite gym if applicableUtilizes common areas for pop-ups and activations for tenant engagement activationsManages property social media sites if applicableCreates internal marketing messaging and collateral for property programming and eventsActs as a building ambassador, including maintaining a welcoming presence in public spaces when requested and during eventsNegotiate contracts with area vendors for best price, product and serviceWorks with JLL Experience Management corporate team to grow a local Preferred Vendor listFosters an up-to-date knowledge for directions to festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, hotels, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area, including new trendsProvides detailed reporting of the calls, emails, and requests that have come in and the type of services that has been provided and coordinated to the client and tenantsWrites, edits and sends a monthly email newsletter to tenants who have opted into the service regarding events occurring in the building and around the area, and actively seeks to grow the email list by soliciting subscribers through marketing initiativesProvides timely and accurate invoices to the JLL Finance department to ensure accurate billing of services to clientsStays current on knowledge of local events and cultural attractions.
