The Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the conference center, lounge, and amenity spaces on-site. Collaborating closely with the Property Management team, you'll efficiently organize and manage meetings, encompassing tasks such as arranging food & beverage services, setting up rooms, and coordinating audiovisual equipment. Additionally, beyond managing meetings, you will welcome guests to the amenity floor and lead the development and implementation of imaginative and enjoyable tenant engagement initiatives and events for the building, with assistance from The Experience Group’s corporate team and guidance from Property Management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site's conference center, lounge, and amenity spaces including an outdoor terrace.

Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to efficiently coordinate and plan meetings, encompassing aspects such as food and beverage arrangements, room setups, and audiovisual requirements.

Extend a warm welcome to guests on the amenity floor and lead the planning and execution of engaging programs and events for the building, with support from TXG’s corporate team and input from Property Management.

Maintain a daily presence in the amenity and common spaces, ensuring presentability, functionality, and promptly reporting any damage or repairs that may need attention.

Work closely with the Property Management team to effectively plan and execute fun, creative, and engaging programs and events for the building's tenants.

Manage and maintain building’s tenant engagement budget.

Collaborate with Property Management to effectively communicate the building’s events and offerings through various channels.

Create marketing materials to promote and drive traffic to

amenity spaces and services offered.

Maintain social media sites promoting property amenities, and programs.

Manage the booking and/or rental of all meetings, including facilitation of payment collection.

Create regular content for the building’s tenant app.

Manage and cultivate relationships with third-party vendors to enhance customer experience.

Maintain accurate data of utilization and activity to prepare monthly reports and summaries as required.

Follow up with tenants to gather feedback on completed meetings and events for continuous improvement.

Experience/Education:

BS degree preferred, but related hospitality and event experience considered.

2 years of event planning experience or 5 years hospitality experience, or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Communications.
