P&ID Designer I , reporting directly to Engineering Methods and Systems to join our P&ID and PFD support team based in Houston, Texas.

About the JobIn this role the applicant will be responsible for production of P&ID's and related documentation within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, in accordance with design & engineering standards, tools & procedures, schedule and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.Prepares information for drafting of PFD's and P&ID's with Process Engineers inputs.Prepares the Line List and coordinates with the engineering disciplines in order to finalize it.Ensures all comments from engineering disciplines are consistent, understood and correctly represented in the P&ID's in cooperation with Process Engineers.Issues P&ID's, Line List and related documents according to project schedule.Upholds Technip Energies standards of quality, applicable codes and project & industry standards and practices.Continuously controls, analyzes and updates the P&ID's and Line List.Implements and maintains records of all revisions on the Project Master.Reports own activities to Lead P&ID's.Works under supervision.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical degree or higher0-2 years of experience as a DraftsmanLanguages: English with Professional Proficiency. Other languages could be useful as well when working with our high value execution centers.Attention to detail so that rework is minimized.Effective communicator and team player.Nice to Haves:

Exposure with Intergraph Smart P&ID, AutoCAD, and Aspen Basic Engineering. Exposure to Microstation could be beneficial as well.Experience in intelligent drawing workflows that leverage the drawing data for downstream disciplines, digital integration, and eventual digital twin.
