This will involve (but is not limited to):+ Schedule events (i.e., place hold on the department calendar, update websites, book venues)+ Send and collect invitations+ Assist with advertising+ Arrange for necessary equipment, as well as catering or meal reservations+ Complete visitor formsOther Key Responsibilities:+ Handle requests for study abroad and travel funding+ Reconcile reimbursement forms with Financial Office+ Assist faculty and students in making equipment/supply purchases+ Serve as back-up to the Undergraduate Staff Assistant, when needed (i.e., assist with student inquiries and paperwork)Benefits (visit su.edu/benefits (su.edu/current-employee/benefits)
