The Sales and Marketing Manager (Program Director) is primarily responsible for marketing of the school, lead generation, and onboarding all new members. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Program Directors are expected to be in alignment with Instructors as this ensures the highest level of development of the students and the school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead generation, lead management and follow up
Sales procedures
Marketing out in the community by running promo booths, speaking with local businesses, speaking at schools, etc.
Sales Experience: 3 years (Required)
Marketing Experience: 5 years (Preffered)
