Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Full Time Marketing Assistant to join our Community Outreach team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:Provide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve outreach event issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesMarketing Assistant Requirements :1-2 years of community outreach, customer service, or sales experience preferredAble to work full time, 40 hours a weekAbility to build rapport with clientsAble to travel locallyComfortable with in person sales and customer service#LI-Onsite
