I am seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join a leading player in the commercial construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the construction sector. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives, with a focus on generating leads and increasing brand awareness within the commercial construction industry.Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and advertisements.Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns, to optimize online visibility and lead generation.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and construction, to align marketing efforts with business goals and project timelines.Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.Knowledge of commercial construction processes and terminology is a plus.Benefits:
