Job Description

We're looking for a

Group Creative Director, Multicultural with a copywriting background

to join one of our latest AOR wins,

a global telecom company . You'll be focused on writing both Multicultural work for the Hispanic audience, and general market work. You'll partner with a collaborative team of creatives across brand, social and performance creative. You will manage creative projects and workstreams, and also do hands-on copywriting for TV, social, digital, OOH and retail. Reporting to the ECD, you'll mentor creative teams and content creators to develop media-coverage-worthy solutions across all creative platforms that connect our brands to culture.You'll partner with leadership and will oversee clients while balancing the needs of the team.You'll define feedback on the creative process, quality of briefs, and creative output.You'll stay on top of the latest technologies and trends.You'll identify opportunities to increase the scope of creative work while understanding our client's needs and implementing knowledge of the industry, innovation, and competitors.You'll contribute to new business pitches.Qualifications

Qualifications

15 years minimum experienceBachelors Degree in Advertising, Copywriting or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field requiredA portfolio demonstrating 360 campaign copywriting across digital, social and all brand channelsExperience managing teams of creatives while doing hands on writingExperience mentoring talent, navigating inter-agency and client relationshipsExperience organizing others while believing in total accountabilityExperience leading projects and your team in high-pressure situations

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000 - 263,350 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
