Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious

Art Director/Designer

to join our

Performance Creative

team. As an Art Director, you will contribute to the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites. You have experience with design, understanding of a creative brief and know how to bring their own ideas and creativity to the table. You understand digital marketing and can design across multiple digital media. You are guided by what resonates with consumers and what makes them act, leverage these principles and apply this to creative design. You understand iterative testing and optimization and how to amplify designs and templates to meet these needs.

As a

hybrid Art Director/Designer

for several of our brands including a

global tech company, financial services client

and a

global aerospace company , you'll join a great team of art directors and copywriters creating performance creative deliverables - from paid social and email campaigns to display ads, landing pages and different performance channels, with an emphasis on

paid social.

We take pride in craft and thoughtfulness - and we partner directly with our clients to build from scratch, and design for reality. You will report to a Creative Director (Copy). We need someone experienced in hands on design and art direction, with experience in high tech space who can straddle both performance creative and brand. You will design and art director for both consumer facing channels and B2B channels. You will concept creative platforms on front end of projects, then execute against those platforms in a performance space.

AccountabilitiesConcept and design visual solutions for display banners, social, and website landing pages.Translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups with attention to interaction design whilst following style and brand guidelines.Extend visual systems/brand guidelines across all media, including taking the product's mission, user research and analytics data and translate into engaging design solutions.Knowledge of both Social and UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web.Understand creative briefs and apply to digital creative, while ensuring it meets strategic goalsCompile presentation decks for internal/external reviews and present to both internal and client-facing project reviews.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design or similar2+ years of experience at an agency or client sideExperience with social media campaignsExperience designing and art directing for digital ad platformsProficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD) and FigmaExperience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS and Javascript.Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization and other iterative softwareMastery of composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing final pieces.Proficiency in design, digital, video, social and beyond-campaign integration across all channels.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
