Inspect incoming vehicles and communicate service needs with customers
Create repair orders and handle warranty paperwork
Track vehicle status and update customers on repair progress and costs
Coordinate with various departments (sales, parts, warranty, accounting)
Assist with warranty claims, including obtaining approvals and processing paperwork
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and employees
Support service team members and ensure parts availability
Answer phones and manage vehicle tracking
Train team members as needed

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of service writing/warranty or customer service experience
Knowledge of service and parts department operations
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Bilingual skills are a plus
Proficiency with computer data processing
Professional demeanor and punctuality
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and outdoor environments
Frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
Good manual dexterity for vehicle inspections
